You will be involved in all aspects of Front Office recruitment, from creating and publishing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to scheduling and conducting interviews. But as Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you will be the corporate influencer, the friendly face, and the first point of contact for all candidates. You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia playing a crucial role in shaping the future of workforce. Key responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from talent attraction, candidate assessment, to talent sourcing
- Provide best in class candidate experience
- Being the first point of contact for candidates for the front office client group
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing wishes and ensure optimal collaboration
- Partner with executive search as well as contingency search partners on hiring across Asia
