IP/ Trademark Specialist

I have an interesting opportunity for Intellectual Property, Trademark Paralegals / Legal Assistants/ IP Specialists who are keen to join a well-established and growing IP practice of a leading international law firm.

You must have:

· 3 to 5 years of experience working with the IP team in a law firm, trademark agency or in-house

· You will be experienced in handling a range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters: portfolio management, IP protection, Enforcement, trademark, patent, brand protection, IP disputes and related matters.

· You must be a team player, self-motivating, collaborative and energetic with high level of integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required – fluency in English and Cantonese is a prerequisite, Mandarin and written Chinese skills would be highly desirable.
