Based out of our Sydney office, Hayden oversees the businesses across Australia with a focus on recruiting at the counsel, partner, head of legal, and general counsel levels. Before legal search and recruitment, he spent five years as a corporate lawyer in Auckland and London. Since joining Taylor Root in 2007, he has worked in our London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney offices. His prior experience as a lawyer assists in understanding the needs of our candidates and clients. He is passionate about law and desires to work as a specialist recruiter where long-standing relationships remain fundamental to our success.
