After qualifying as a barrister in 1996, Julian moved into legal recruitment, with a focus on the recruitment of lawyers into in-house positions. He worked for one of our main competitors before joining the London office in 2003, to further develop our in-house legal division. In our firm, he sits on the main board, where he is responsible for all legal, permanent and interim recruitment across private practice, in-house and compliance.
