Temporary Online Brand Protection and Compliance Specialist
I’m partnered with an international consumer goods company, who are seeking temporary assistance for around 9 – 10 weeks from late April to cover a period of parental leave. This position will be reporting into the companies General Counsel and can be completed on a 100% remote basis
Responsibilities:
- Investigate newly detected online resellers via online brand protection module, Trackstreet. Tag sellers Authorized or Unauthorized and populate relevant contact information.
- Utilize Trackstreet to monitor compliance with our Minimum Advertised Price policy and retailer policies, including violations pertaining restricted marketplaces, street release date , sale of promotional and marketing materials, international sales etc. Communicate violations to retailers, enforce penalties where necessary.
- Use Sharepoint and Microsoft Excel to document and store records of authorized retailer violations
- Monitor policy compliance inbox, field retailer inquiries and complaints, and respond on behalf of the Brand Protection team.
- Escalate counterfeit complaints to the global brand protection team and IP enforcement agency, Corsearch.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in MS office suite, particularly Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy
