Business Development Manager – Finance/Restructuring
Location: New York City, Atlanta, Chicago
Overview:
A prestigious, nationally ranked law firm is currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in the Finance/Restructuring practice area. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in finance, bankruptcy, or corporate law, who are looking to contribute to the firm’s growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional teams and attorneys to support business development efforts within the Finance and Restructuring practice areas.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives to drive client growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with attorneys on marketing initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage and execute client events, networking opportunities, and industry-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the legal, finance, or corporate sectors.
- Strong understanding of finance, bankruptcy, or restructuring practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in-office (choose your days).
