This prestigious investment bank is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specialising in derivatives to join its Legal team in Dubai.

In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal and regulatory advice across a wide spectrum of asset classes in financial markets, with a focus on derivatives, repos, structured finance, and structured note issuances. While expertise in Islamic finance is preferred, it is not a requirement.

The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top-tier City law firm, with 5-10 years‘ PQE, ideally with some in-house experience at a leading investment bank and be looking to relocate to Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer to join a leading investment bank and collaborate with a highly skilled legal team.
