French Commercial Legal Counsel

Global Organisation seeking Legal Counsel, who is fluent in French and French qualified.

You will be part of a global team responsible for providing wide-ranging legal support across the business with a focus on the Organisation’s French business, on client engagement matters and encompassing commercial, corporate, employment and litigation related matters.

You will be an integral part of the business and work closely with internal stakeholders, HR, external clients, in-house counsel, outside professionals and service providers to support all commercial functions. Attitude is important in this collaborative team, so the ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, proactive and an excellent communicator with strong academics and understanding of commercial contracts and business/ project management.

This role will suit a French qualified lawyer, ideally with circa 3-5 years of experience, gained in a top tier firm. Effective written and verbal communication skills essential as is a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills with the ability to manage, prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
