Residential Property Associate (FTC) – International Law Firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading international law firm in their search for a Residential Property Associate to join the team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be based in the firms London office.
The Firm
Our client is a leading international law firm, with one of the biggest private practices in the UK. The firm specialises in private wealth, corporate, litigation and real estate. They have particular expertise in navigating complex legal issues for their UHNW/HNW clients, which are frequently bespoke, rendering them true experts in this area.
The Team
The firms Private Real Estate practice focus their work on buying and selling of residential & investment property, leasehold enfranchisement, portfolio management, landed estates and country houses, and international clients purchasing prime real estate in the UK.
The Role
This position will be working directly with a Partner who specialises in prime and super prime Lodon residential property. This will include acting for UK and foreign clients in relation to the acquisition or disposal of residential and agricultural property, landlord and tenant matters including leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, mortgages and finance. This team is recognised in „Band 1“ in Chambers and Legal 500.
The Ideal Candidate
Whilst the firm are ideally looking for NQ – 2, there will be flexibility on the PQE range. This role would suit someone who has experience dealing with prime/super prime residential property and UHNW/HNW individuals. Ideally this experience would have been gained at a similar practice in the city. Due to the urgent nature of the role, people who are available immediately or at short notice (no more than 6 weeks) will be preferred.
