Shipping Finance Paralegal – International Law Firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading international law firm who are looking to add headcount to their market leading shipping finance team. This role will be based In the firms London office and will offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is known for is market leading sector focused approach to domestic and international work across Europe, the Americas, Australia and EMEA. They are particularly known for their shipping and maritime practices, topping various legal directories in these areas.
The Team
The firms banking team covers the whole spectrum of transactional work from ship & aircraft sale and acquisitions to ship & asset finance. They are the leading provider of legal services to the shipping, offshore, cruise, ferry, superyacht and corporate jet sectors.
The Role
You will be treated as a fee earner and support the team on a range of completion services for the sale and purchase of vessels across the full spectrum of asset types; from cruise ships and ferries, to liquid and dry bulk carriers and complex offshore assets.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking an experience Paralegal who has previously worked In a recognised law firm, supporting a transactional practice area e.g banking or finance, corporate, or funds.
