Taylor Root is delighted to publish our UK and Ireland in-house market and salary report 2021-2022.

This is the first year that we have produced a combined report for the UK and Ireland, encompassing both banking and financial services and corporate and commercial. Our comprehensive report includes salary tables for each sector within banking and financial services and corporate and commercial, broken down into PQE level. This allows our clients and candidates to pinpoint salary data with accuracy and certainty, confident that it is backed up by placement data from our team of 15 in-house consultants, as well as information gathered from the salary questionnaire we sent to over 5000 clients and candidates in early 2021.

Our general counsel section contains updated salary data by company size, as well as webinar links from events we have recently hosted for our General Counsel population. We also have a new section on legal operations which is a growing area within the UK in-house legal space.
