Commercial Property Solicitor – 6 months

Our client, a heavyweight international City law firm is seeking an interim Commercial Property Solicitor to handle due diligence to join their Tier 1 ranked real estate group for a period of approximately 6 months, on a daily rate basis (PAYE or umbrella). This role is full-time, and ideally on a hybrid basis although fully remote may be considered.

The role is starting ASAP, and you will be working on lease reporting, certificates of title and related work for financing and / or acquisition deals.

The successful commercial property solicitor will have solid relevant experience gained at a Top 20 or US/international City law firm. It is essential that you are based in the UK.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the leading real estate teams in the City.
