Our client, a well-established US headquartered company, is seeking their first legal counsel to be based in London as they expand into the Europe market. They play a crucial role in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry and have a team which is highly regarded in this space.

The role has a broad remit covering corporate, commercial, regulatory and employment matters as well as other areas of law.

The succesful candidate will have a strong corporate background, worked within or for a FCA regulated business and have the ability to hold their own as their corporate counsel covering Europe in London. Whilst experience in crypto, blockchain or digital assets would be ideal, our client will equally consider applicants that have a genuine interest and passion to grow in this area.

It’s an exciting time to join and make a real mark as they go through their next stage of growth. In return, they offer a great culture with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, developing talent from within and providing support for continuous learning.
