Our client

A leading global investment firm is seeking a 3+PQE Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. This distinguished entity operates at the intersection of business services and strategic investments, spanning a diverse range of industries and markets across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working on cross border initiatives supporting the business on a variety of matters. Some of the work you will be involved in will include:

  • Provide legal advice and support to the business on a range of cross border projects/investments across EMEA enabling them to achieve their business strategies and goals, while ensuring that risks are minimised and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, negotiate, and reviewing complex legal contracts and other legal documents.
  • Support other internal departments on matters such as corporate governance, regulatory matters etc.
  • Stay up to date and monitoring new laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years* of experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer in private practice or in-house.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical, business-friendly solutions.
