Employment – Senior / Principal Associate

Are you an Employment Solicitor with 4+ years of PQE, looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and nationally recognised firm? Our client is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their team, either based in the North West or in their Birmingham office, to provide high-quality employment law advice to a wide-ranging client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tribunal Advocacy: Represent clients in employment tribunals, handling cases with skill and confidence.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert employment law advice on matters such as unfair dismissal, disciplinary actions, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims, and equal pay issues.
- Industrial Relations: Offer guidance on industrial relations to clients across various sectors.
- Case Management: Manage employment tribunal claims, providing end-to-end support.
- Team Support: Assist other team members with their caseloads when needed, promoting a collaborative working environment.
- Documentation & Drafting: Prepare tribunal responses, case bundles, witness statements, and comprehensive reports.
- Legal Content Creation: Draft articles and updates on relevant legal developments for client circulation.
