Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading multinational organization, is looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Counsel and business stakeholders, providing vital legal support across various business lines. You’ll lead negotiations on commercial contracts, offer expert guidance on legal matters such as real estate and regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s compliance and ESG programme.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment. You should have strong drafting, negotiating, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on finding solutions is essential.
