Legal Counsel – Litigation
An exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel has arisen at an international Energy company within the Paris region. Our client is a renown international B2B Energy company. The Paris office has around 55 employees and this role reports to the head of legal France.
About the role:
As a Legal Counsel your main focus is on litigation matters, mostly regarding breaches of contracts and debt recovery. This will include dealing with defences and managing communication between lawyers and the business. Besides the litigation work, this is a rather generalist role, including commercial contracts and corporate topics.
About you:
– Law degree in French law;
– A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Energy sector;
– Experience with litigation processes;
– Pragmatic and commercial mind set;
– Fluency in French and English.
