Our client, a prestigious international City law firm, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their exceptional Banking & Finance practice on an initial 3 month fixed-term contract that has the potential to extend.
The banking and finance practice is one of the firms’ largest group, it has a fantastic reputation for the high quality varied work that they handle, and the portfolio of clients that they advise. Representing both lenders and borrowers, this role offers significant client contact.

- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) ideally with 4+ PQE.
- Strong experience in leveraged finance from a top-tier firm gained in a highly ranked finance team.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Comfortable working effectively within a collaborative team.
- Experience advising on cross-border matters is advantageous.
