Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm, who are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal into their Litigation team. This role will be covering from April – September, however the firm would like the Paralegal to join before to get up to speed.
The Firm
Our client, headquartered in NYC, is considered to be one of the most exciting and upcoming US law firms in London. They are prominent in practice areas of Capital Markets, Finance and Litigation in London, having recently made lateral hires at Partner level to continue their growth plans.
The Team
The Litigation team focuses high value, complex and precedent-setting disputes relating to civil fraud, breach of contract, mis-selling and benchmark setting, as well as on high-profile interbank litigation, including disputes relating to structured products. They also handle a significant number of internal investigations for clients on a wide range of matters.
The Role
You will provide support across the full spectrum of litigation, including conducting pre-claim investigations, maintaining case files, organize exhibits, documents, evidence and briefs, disclosure/document production and assist with strategic due diligence.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal, ideally with at least 12 month of prior disputes experience. This should be gained within a leading private practice law firm in London. Candidate will need to be available at short notice or no longer than 1 month.

Whilst this role is initially a temporary contract covering a Paralegal who is undertaking their study leave, the firm are keen on retaining you. You will either be offered an extension or a permanent position. The firm are also looking for candidates who want to qualify and they will support this by either offering a TC or SQE, having a very strong track record for offering all Paralegals this in the past.
