Property Lawyer

Our client is a Sydney-based property developer specialising in high-end residential and hospitality developments.

Due to an internal promotion, they’re recruiting a lawyer to take charge of all property, development and construction legal matters for the business, as well as other ad hoc legal matters that arise.

You’ll be excited to join a busy and dynamic team and to work closely with the C-suite in this highly visible role within the organisation. You’ll have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

This position is based in Sydney’s inner western suburbs and requires an on-site presence in the office 5 days per week.

The idea is for this position to grow into becoming the Head of Legal for the business.
