An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Property Litigation Team at a top-tier national firm in Birmingham. This role offers hybrid working and the chance to handle a broad range of high-quality work for prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, breaches, and rent recovery.
  • Managing dilapidations claims, possession proceedings, and other contentious property matters.
  • Handling disputes involving commercial property portfolios across various sectors.
  • Providing guidance on complex property litigation matters, including rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes.

Desirable Experience:

While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:

  • Advising on the Building Safety Act and its implications.
  • Telecoms disputes relating to property rights.
  • Leasehold management issues, including enfranchisement and service charge disputes.

Who Should Apply:
