Public & Administrative Litigation Solicitor
Our client one of Ireland’s leading domestic firms, is looking to hire an experienced Solicitor to join its Public & Administrative Disputes team in Dublin.
The role will involve mentoring associates as well as engaging with key clients across the public sector. Day to day tasks also include
- legislative interpretation and general advices across the public sector.
- mitigating risks in the exercise by public bodies of their statutory functions and powers.
- Managing a variety of judicial review matters and statutory appeals and advising regarding process.
