Rare Finance Lawyer Role at a Fintech – 1-3 PQE

Our client, an established fintech, is seeking a general banking lawyer or a lawyer with experience in capital markets, securitization, or structured finance transactions (1+ PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team, working closely with the business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We welcome applications from both UK and overseas-qualified lawyers. What’s most important is a strong foundation in finance transactions and a genuine desire to take on responsibility in a smaller, established fintech. In this role, you’ll gain extensive exposure to the broader business and play a key part in its growth.
