This leading real estate practice is seeking an Associate to join its established team in Birmingham. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-value transactions and collaborate with leading professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate assets.
  • Assembling sites for development and collaborating with property litigation and planning teams to implement comprehensive VP and delivery strategies.
  • Managing individual properties and portfolios, including granting agreements for lease, leases and licences, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Supporting the corporate department on real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Assisting on large-scale portfolio transactions, including handling certificates of title.
  • Maintaining high levels of client contact and liaison responsibilities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in real estate transactional matters, including Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Experience from a well-regarded real estate team.
  • Relevant hands-on work experience and client management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of English Land Law and Landlord and Tenant law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective time/case management abilities.
  • Positive mindset and ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
