In this role you will join a collegiate and highly successful legal team and will be advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory work including:

  • analysing and summarising trading related regulations such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CSDR and emerging regulations in the digital asset space (including MiCA, DLT pilot and tokenisation);
  • advising on the implementation of trading related regulations and their impact on the firm’s trading and market facing activity; and
  • advising public policy groups and the trading market structure team on market consultations/regulatory advocacy initiatives.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE advising financial services organisations, ideally fund managers. In-House experience would be ideal, but not required.
