Senior Corporate Governance Solicitor
The role will involve assisting in the design and implementation of corporate reorganisation projects and the provision of company law advice. These services are provided to both domestic and international clients which include global technology, pharmaceutical and aviation brands.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE in a corporate private practice or in-house team.
