Our Client:

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer (8+ PQE) to join their dynamic legal team. This highly regarded institution operates on a global scale and has seen remarkable growth in recent years.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the legal team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business across diverse and high-impact projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice on cross-border M&A deals and investments across the globe, helping the business achieve strategic objectives.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on matters such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other relevant legal issues.
  • Monitoring and interpreting new laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the business remains ahead of emerging developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 years’+ post-qualification experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer in private practice or an in-house legal team.*
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commercial mindset, focused on delivering pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
