Paralegal/ Legal Assistant with DCM, ECM, IPO experience

Our client, a well-established Law Firm is looking for a Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join their growing DCM practice in Hong Kong. You will be actively involved on a range of transactions, reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting searches, due diligence, handling communications and ensuring compliance on related matters.
You will have:
- 1+ years of experience in DCM/ ECM/ IPO transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm (International or Local)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised law school
- Native Mandarin speaker or someone with near-native Mandarin skills
- Preference for candidates with UK/ US or PRC qualification/ passed PRC Bar exam
- Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for further promotion
