This is an established financial institution based in Singapore looking for a legal counsel to provide interim legal support for 1 year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advise on general legal issues including the provision of legal and regulatory advice to the support the business domestically and across the region on financial services legal matters.

Ideal requirements:

  • Singapore qualified lawyer with 7 to 12 years of experience covering both private practise and in-house, familiar with financial services regulatory issues including litigation matters
  • Able to work independently and is resourceful
  • Possess good communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders
  • Able to work onsite
