What do General Counsel need to know about the Federal Corporate Transparency Act?
We were delighted to host a General Counsel roundtable focused on the Federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and how businesses can prepare for implementation in January 2024. The CTA will require business entities to file identifying information on the business’s owners, those who own the company and those who formed it.
