Leading professional services organisation seeks Commercial Contracts lawyer, 5-9 PQE, to join their highly skilled in-house legal team in London.

An opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, in a varied role supporting all levels of the business across service lines and the full range of internal business functions. It will be to engage in contracting on both the client and supplier side, in addition to substantive legal advisory work with the opportunity to be the legal lead on firm-wide projects.

Offering an interesting and broad spread of work including MSAs, GFAs, tech, software, licensing, outsourcing, government and public sector agreements, tenders, RFP responses, and supplier agreements.

You will have over 5 years’ PQE and proven experience as a commercial lawyer from a top tier City law firm and/or in-house. In addition, you will have demonstrable experience of negotiating, drafting and advising across a range of commercial contracts.

This will suit a self-starter with gravitas, excellent communication skills and business acumen. A calm and proactive attitude is important in this collaborative team, so the ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, credible, persuasive, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
