The Team

The firm’s Property Group is recognised for its broad expertise in commercial and residential property matters. The team advises private individuals, companies, charities, and organisations on transactions primarily involving properties in London and the South East.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of matters, including:

  • Advising on leasehold and freehold property transactions.
  • Handling acquisitions and disposals of investment properties.
  • Acting for landlords and tenants on business leases and lease renewals.
  • Supporting clients with property portfolio management across retail, hospitality, and office sectors.
  • Assisting with property agreements in specialist industries, such as media and entertainment.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of PQE in commercial property matters, gained at a reputable practice.
  • A strong academic background and proven experience in handling complex transactions.
  • Confidence in managing their own caseload and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to client care.
