Our client, a top-ranked national law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Disputes Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The Role

Our client is looking for a construction and engineering disputes lawyer to join their commercial construction and energy disputes team in Birmingham. As part of this team, you will manage complex cases with significant technical content and be empowered to analyse and prioritise key issues for successful outcomes, with support from experienced colleagues.

In this role, you will represent a broad range of clients, including owners, employers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants across various sectors.

The Person

You should be an Associate at NQ level or above (NQ-6 PQE), with experience gained from a leading UK or regional firm.

A strong interest in construction dispute work is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively on cases. Additionally, you should have an interest in contributing to the growth of the team and practice.
