Enterprise Risk Manager
- Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting tools.
- Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring effective management.
- Integrate risk management into business processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support risk assessments, provide mitigation guidance, and recommend internal control improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and third parties on ERM-related matters.
- Foster a risk-aware culture and regularly audit the ERM Framework to ensure its effectiveness.
- Report on business risks and their management to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, risk, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of enterprise risk management experience in professional services or corporate settings.
- Knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk assessment tools, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management software is a plus.
- Ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
