Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated seasoned HR Data Analytics Manager to join our client’s dynamic HR team. In this role, you will analyse complex employee data to provide insights that inform our talent management strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data, including recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify data-driven solutions for workforce challenges.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Support the implementation of HR analytics tools and technologies.
