About the Role

This is a broad and exciting role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial legal matters in the dynamic entertainment sector. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements relating to areas such as:
  • Sponsorship, ticketing, and live events
  • Artist partnerships and collaborations
  • E-commerce, technology, and intellectual property
  • Marketing, advertising, and media
  • Property, software licensing, and IT services
  • Advising on consumer law compliance and regulatory matters
  • Developing and maintaining contract templates
  • Monitoring relevant legislation and industry developments
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with excellent academic credentials
  • 2-5 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm
  • Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the entertainment, e-commerce, or technology sectors
  • Solid understanding of contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property law
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
