Private Funds Paralegal – Leading UK Law Firm – London

Taylor Root are currently working with a market leading UK law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join the firms premier private funds practice. This role will be based in London and is being offered on a permanent basis.

The firm’s practice areas are highly ranked by Legal 500 and Chambers, with particular strengths in Corporate, Finance, and Funds.

The Team

Currently ranked for private funds on the Legal 500, our clients team is at the forefront of the market, providing world-class legal advice to private equity firms, fund managers, advisers, other service providers and investors on a range of matters including fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters.

The Role

You will provide assistance directly to Partners and Associates who work on credit, PE, venture, real estate, hedge and retail funds. This is a transactional role where you will directly on each fund, assisting with corporate fillings, drafting related legal documents, keep corporate records up to date and manage stakeholder relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking an experienced funds paralegal ideally, however if you have experience in other transaction areas please also apply. This experience will have been gained at a leading city based firm in London. This role is also open to future trainees who have at least 1 year of availability.

Route to Qualification

The firm encourage Paralegals to apply for their training programme. This will become available after 6 months of employment and you will be eligible for the TC or SQE (candidate preference). This is a rare opportunity with fantastic progression within to work towards your qualification.
