Senior Associate – Insurance
We’re excited to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate in Insurance Law with a leading national law firm. About the Role: In this diverse and engaging role, you will be responsible for managing a mix of casualty and recovery matters. You will provide strategic legal advice to clients, mentor junior lawyers, and manage your own caseload. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage casualty and recovery matters, ensuring strategic and effective legal advice.
- Provide clear, actionable legal guidance to clients across various industries.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers, offering them the opportunity to develop their skills while overseeing their caseloads.
- Take ownership of matters from inception through to resolution, developing a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a driven, experienced lawyer with the following qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years PQE in Insurance Law with a strong focus on casualty work.
- Previous experience in financial lines would be an advantage, though not essential.
- Demonstrated ability in drafting, negotiating, and client management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
