Senior Construction Lawyer – Top UK Law Firm – 6/12 month FTC.

Taylor Root have been mandated on a search for a leading UK law firm, who are looking to add headcount to their Construction team. This role can be based in Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham or London and will be offered on a 6 or 12 month FTC.

The Firm

Our client is known for focuses on its strengths in the legal market, primarily focusing on the public sector. Whilst this is still a main focus for the firm, it has expanded its expertise to construction, energy and financial services. They have a fantastic reputation for their legal work and are considered to be one of the best commercial law firms to work for in the UK.

The Team

You will work as part of the nationally recognised Construction team which specialises in non-contentious construction projects in the UK. The team advise clients on the delivery of projects, on all the PPP models, including the PFI market, and are involved in a number of the major Government construction programmes for delivery of new hospitals, social housing, schools and highways.

The Role

You will be working on high value, complex instructions including developers, contractors, end-user clients, central and local government, NHS Trusts and housing associations.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm are seeking an experienced non-contentious Construction Lawyer who is at least 5+ PQE. Ideally you will have gained experience across a variety of sectors and have worked for a similar leading law firm. As mentioned, this role can be based in Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol or London.
