What you’ll be doing:

This role will allow you to take a lead on international corporate transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and getting complex deals over the line.

Day to day, this will involve managing external counsel and specific departments across business development, finance, governance, compliance and anti-trust.

Who you’ll likely need to be, in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
• 12+ years of experience in corporate law.
• Corporate M&A and investment background with strong international exposure.
• Ideally, additional experience in IPO’s (ideally both private and public) and leading complex transactions.
• Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as energy / projects or infrastructure is advantageous.
