Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

For our client, a well-known multinational company in the Food sector, we are currently recruiting a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to play a pivotal role for the business, being a subject matter specialist in the Regulatory field. This role reports to the General Counsel & Compliance Officer. The company has a flexible working from home policy.

About the role:

This is a great role for a Regulatory specialist in the Pharma, Medical or Food sector to take their career to the next level and join a renown multinational company which strives to make its customer’s lives better and healthier. On a daily basis you will provide Regulatory expertise, guidance and advice to the business and participate in cross-functional project teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

– Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, local regulations, standards and legislation for the company its products;

– Carrying out regulatory tasks related to placing products on the market, including validation of product labels, communications and registrations;

– Validating communication materials;

– Being a subject matter specialist in Regulatory Affairs

About you:

You have strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate, manage and prioritize many different tasks at the same time. You like taking initiative and can work independently in the implementation of an entrusted task. Besides the ability to work independently, you are a true team player.

Furthermore you bring:

– A relevant Masters degree. A degree in Regulatory or Food Law would be a strong advantage;

– Several years of international working experience in the Food or Pharma industry;

– Some managerial experience;

– Strong working knowledge and ability to understand, analyze, interpret and apply regulations in practice and to assess the risk;

– Ability to understand and assess regulatory risks & opportunities for the business

– Ability to bring new or alternative regulatory solutions for the business;

– Fluency in English, verbal and written. Fluency in Spanish would be considered as an advantage.
