How does the strength of your professional relationships influence your leadership and career trajectory? In today’s work environment, building and maintaining these relationships is not just beneficial but essential for effective leadership and career advancement. Leaders who invest in their networks are better positioned to inspire teams, navigate challenges and drive organisational success.

We are excited to host a professional relationship workshop at St Paul’s for legal leaders within industry. Participants will be provided with the time and space necessary to examine their networks and networking as integral components of their career progression.

Led by Marshah Dixon-Terry, CEO of MDT Career Coaching, our session will focus on the following areas:

  • 09:00 – 09:30: welcome and breakfast
  • 09:30 – 11:30: workshop with Marshah
  • 11:15 – 12:00: networking coffee

Marshah Dixon-Terry

Marshah is the CEO of MDT Career Coaching, partnering with organisations to enable current and emerging leaders to own their careers and thrive in their roles and organisations. 

She delivers transformative group career and leadership development programmes, career empowerment workshops and one-to-one coaching.  She also delivers speaking engagements on the importance of working on your career – as well as working in your role. 

Marshah is a qualified, ICF and EMCC accredited coach, facilitator and speaker and had an extensive career in human resources, organisation design, learning and organisational development, working for organisations including City of London Police, Homes England, NSPCC and Versus Arthritis.

Marshah has contributed to HR publications, including HR Magazine where she shared her top tips on career success.  She has a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and a Law & Politics degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
