Role Overview:
As a Complex Injury NQ Solicitor, you will work alongside their expert team on a variety of challenging and rewarding cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-value, multi-track claims, including cases involving catastrophic injuries. You will have the chance to develop your legal skills while working on cases that have a significant impact on clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the management of a varied caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims
Conducting legal research and drafting documents
Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
Supporting senior solicitors with case preparation and strategy
Attending court hearings and settlement meetings
Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ or up to 2 years PQE)
A passion for personal injury law, ideally with some experience in high-value or multi-track cases
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and client-care skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
