Tayor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm who are looking to add headcount to their Transportation & Space team in the London office. This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

The Team

The Transportation & Space team is one of the busiest practice groups and boasts a impressive record of high value and top quality work/deals. These include advising businesses on transactions across aviation, shipping and container, rail, and space and satellite industries. Some of these transactions will be worth up to and beyond $10 billion.

The Role

You will provide assistance to the Partners and Associates within the team on general paralegal duties on and off the transactions. This will also include general administration tasks as well as drafting legal documents, shadowing associates and day to day organisation.
