Antitrust and Competition KM Lawyer
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Management (KM) Lawyer to join the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group of our client, a prestigious US City law firm. This role is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract, based in their London office, with potential for hybrid working arrangements. The role can be on a full-time or part-time (4 days a week) basis.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments, keeping the team informed through updates, bulletins, and training.
- Draft, update, and maintain standard forms, templates, and guidance notes to support practitioners.
- Deliver training programmes to associates and trainees, including sessions on knowledge resources.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, generating article ideas and drafting or editing content.
- Participate in external forums and industry networks to remain informed of regulatory developments.
- Provide technical support to partners and associates on complex legal queries.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Competition Solicitor qualified in England and Wales with a background as a fee-earner who is looking to step into a KM role, or an existing Competition PSL/KM Lawyer.
- Ideally have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in competition law within a leading international law firm.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects independently.
- Hold a Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent).
