Banking & Finance Solicitor – International Firm

Our client a leading international firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in their Dublin office.

The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities including advising both lenders and borrowers on high profile domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, including real estate and development finance, general corporate banking and acquisition, asset, projects and fund finance.
