Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client, a leading international City law firm is seeking an interim Commercial Property Solicitor for 6-months on a daily rate basis (PAYE or umbrella).
This is an execution role on mainly investment transactions, and the firm is seeking an individual to lead teams (including overseeing corporate and finance) and transactions. You will work very closely with a number of highly ranked partners on the real estate team.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Transactional Work: Managing and completing commercial property transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property financing.
- Lease Work: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and agreements for landlords or tenants.
- Title and Due Diligence: Reviewing property titles, conducting due diligence, and resolving any legal issues related to property ownership or use.
- Contractual Documents: Drafting and executing sale/purchase contracts, option agreements, or development agreements.
- Client-Focused: Delivering results efficiently for clients such as developers, landlords, tenants, investors, or corporations.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 6+ PQE with relevant experience gained at a Top 20 or US/international City law firm.
