About the role:
Reporting to the Global Compliance Manager, you will be advising on a wide variety of compliance-related topics, such as regulatory matters, ethics, the code of conduct, and sanctions/export regulations. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced Compliance Manager to further shape the compliance function for a listed global company and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and legal requirements.
As part of day-to-day business, you will be involved both strategically and operationally in various global compliance initiatives and play an important role in global compliance-related projects. Furthermore, you will promote a culture that encourages compliance and business integrity and provide training sessions to the business.
About you:
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for global organizations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English (written & oral)
- Experience in developing processes and high-quality reports
- Strong relationship management skills for proactive compliance support
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads
- Able to work independently and as part of a global team
- Good risk-based judgment, balancing compliance and commercial needs
