Our client, a leading London law firm are currently looking to hire an experienced Paralegal into their Family practice. This role will either be offered on a 12 month FTC or permanently.
The Firm
Our client is a leading London based law firm focuses on Technology, Media, Entertainment and Private Client sectors. This firm boast a client roster that includes high-profile A listers, giant corporations and smaller, entrepreneurial start-ups. You will often see this law firm acting in some of most complex and high-profile cases that will dominate the news.
The Team
The firms Family department is highly regarded in the market and currently sits in Tier 2 on the Legal 500 and Chambers. The agile team covers both financial and children work, most often representing ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The Role
As a Paralegal in the Family team, you will provide support on all aspects of family. This will include divorce and separations, ending of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, jurisdictional issues and enforcement, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, freezing orders, appeals, and requests to modify maintenance arrangements.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy family department, covering most areas listed above. Ideally this experience will have been gained at another leading city law firm.
