Taylor Root are currently working on a new role with a leading US law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Paralegal to join on 3 or 6 month FTC basis.
The Firm
A leading US law firm who has a strong reputation for their market topping finance practices across high yield work, leveraged finance and structured/private credit.
The Role
Advising and assist the firm’s clients and fellow fee earners on international transactions within predominantly leverage and acquisition finance matters, both within UK and US offices.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be available at short notice (not longer than 1 month) and have prior finance/banking experience with a leading law firm in the UK.
